Whew! We are home and mostly settled back in. We had a blast visiting family for the holidays!
I have some great and lofty plans for this year that I’m looking forward to telling you all about in a few days. In the mean time, here’s some of the fun we had with our Mother Goose Time!
X was so excited to jump back in to school. He really enjoyed this patterning work and spent a good deal of time on it. He was really exploring the variety of patterns he could create and loved the challenge of the patterns I created for him to continue. His wheels were really turning with this early math activity.
X has a passion for animals. He brainstormed a variety of ways to create the fish with the paper plate and coffee filter while we talked about fish. I was impressed that he remembered that gills allow the fish to breathe underwater. It just goes to show that they are really listening!
He was really proud of his floaty fish!
Q really had fun looking at and listening to our monthly book Baby Animals Learn and Play! He kept sticking his tongue out mimicking the fox. I love when he gets in on the learning fun!
I received this month’s Mother Goose Time curriculum free of charge in exchange for sharing our experience and my opinions. All content and opinions are 100% mine and truly honest.
