Citrus Lane Unboxing: Mystery Box December 2014

We’ve gotten a couple of Citrus Lane boxes. I’ve avoided unboxing posts because they’re fairly common. Today we received a mystery box and I’ve decided to share the content because they’re a lot less common then unboxings of monthly subscriptions.
I purchased this box for $29 plus I think $5 shipping. It was suggested for 2 year old boy and I am really really happy with it!

Skip Hop Zoo Melamine Plate and Bowl Set $19.95They give you a picture of one item included in your box. This plate was my sneak peak. But I didn’t know it came with a bowl, so even that was a surprise!

Melissa and Doug Vehicles Chunky Wooden Puzzle $9.99So last month (November) we didn’t get a box. I felt like we were tight on money so I canceled. Once I viewed online what came in the box, I was SO disappointed. One of the items was a chunky Melissa and Doug construction vehicle puzzle. So as you can guess I was super excited we got a vehicle puzzle in our mystery box! X is currently obsessed with “choo choo’s” and boats, so this is going to be a huge hit!

Maraca’s $9.99 – We already have (and love) these maraca’s but we have a friend who loves X’s and will be receiving these for Christmas. They warn you that you may have already received items in the mystery box in monthly subscription boxes. I still wasn’t disappointed since I will gift this to a happy little girl.

Plan Toys My First Camera $17.99 At first I was disappointed with this. I thought it was a little young for X. Then I realized the lens is a kaleidoscope AND the button actually pushes down. He’s going to love this!

Aqueduck Faucet Extender $9.99 – I’ve seen other people get this and was super excited to get one. I think it’s a great invention. X loves the sink and uses it to wash his hands, brush his teeth and play. The faucet is too far away so he leans on the counter often pushing his stool out of reach and he gets stuck. This will solve that. Honestly, if I realized this was only $10 on amazon, I would already own it.

Jasmine Seven Fresh Feet Wipes for Kids $5.29This was the only item I wasn’t thrilled with, but my husband pointed out that this will be convenient to carry in my purse to use in the car, park or at restaurants when I need to wipe X up. I won’t be using them on his feet (it’s winter…) but they say they’re also for hands. So they’ll get used.

So for a promised value of $60 or more, I’m pretty pleased with my haul which according to amazon equals $73.20. Everything will get used and most will be loved. X hasn’t played with any of these yet because they’re going to be added to his Christmas gifts. I’ll comment after Christmas with what he thinks.

So for those of you out there (like me), wondering what Citrus Lane mystery boxes contain, here you go! Are you interested in more Citrus Lane unboxing posts from me?
